BJJ Lotus Clubs Self Defence classes aim to develop your ability to respond to potentially threatening situations. The classes predominantly utilise Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and strategies that can be directly and efficiently applied in real-life situations. Accessible to everyone, the class is taught in a safe and friendly environment to ensure that students can focus on learning. This is not a class where we will cover a multitude of alternatives for a single situation, but rather a reduced set of techniques that you will be able to utilise without delay should the need arise. By focussing on fewer techniques we are able to focus on training your muscle memory for quick and effective application of the techniques under pressure.
